| Well as you can tell I am not the greatest on keeping up with these lovely xanga posts, but I will try harder to do it more often. Right now I am focused on finishing up the semester, regular classes this week, then next week is finals, graduation on the 12th, the ceremony is going to be like 3 hours long, but after that is it time to celebrate. Just got done with a busy weekend, grandma and grandpa Oborny had their 50th wedding anniversary party, that is awesome that they have been together that long, such good role models. Love you both Grandma and Grandpa! Well this summer I am going up to Manhattan to work at Laflin Angus Ranch, just the little bs jobs is what I was told I am gonna get, it's better than being stuck inside all day. | Well hello all, it has been just a little while since I have updated you. I have been keeping majorly busy with school, basketball and life in general. I am currently taking 19 hrs here at Hutch, and next semester it is going to be 20 hrs. Some say that I am an over acheiver, hey it is affordable education down here compared to 4-year universities. Anyhow, been keeping busy, SGA president has a fair chunk of my time, along with basketball manager and classes. I am enjoying almost every part of it and meeting all kinds of new people along the way. At the moment the Lady Blue Dragon Basketball Team is 2-0, good job girls! Currently I have no significant other, and I am not really looking for one, it is kind of difficult keeping up with myself. Next weekend is mom and dad's 25th anniversary, congrats to them. Well I suppose this one is going to be short, hopefully I can get around to posting again sometime soon. Hope all is well with all of you. Take care and God Bless!!!!! | | |
| Home Sweet Home, actually it is my home away from home, I moved back down to college today, in the great big town of Hutchinson. I packed up this morning and was in Hutch by 10 am, good timing huh?! So after I unpacked everything and trying to get it in a little bit of organization I made a trip to Wichita with Karla and Aisha, two Hawiian girls on the basketball team, we had a good time shopping, I took them to Shepler's and they thought it was the wierdest store ever, I told them that was my kind of store, I also got a new bike today with the help of the Mazur family, Mark got a new bike and I got the old one, it rides good but I am not that fond of the lovely generator ran lights, they are so getto, but anyhow, it will do the job and save me money on gas, which seems to still be going up according to the news, I am not superised though, I would be nice if got to under $2 again. | Back to School!
I can't wait to get back to school to see all my friends, it is my last
day of work and I am ready to get out of here, it isn't that bad, just
there is not an entire lot to do. This fall I am taking a social
dance class that I can't wait to get into, it is going to be so much
fun. I hope school goes well for everyone and they enjoy the
sememster.
